Mortgage Lender — Paola

Our Mortgage lenders are responsible for independently managing the mortgage loan process from origination through closing. This role builds strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal partners to generate loan volume while ensuring compliance with regulatory and bank policies. The position requires a solid understanding of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and customer service best practices Ensures that sound banking practices are followed and that all regulations governing lending functions are strictly observed. All of our employees are expected to deliver customer service as outlined in our “customer pledge” and “customer service standards”.
